What is My Heat Account?

The My Heat Account is an extension to the box office available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! By logging in you will have access to a number of available features and benefits as a Heat365 Member.

How do I log in?

Click here to log in. You may login using your account number or email address associated to the account. If you have no email address associated to the account, you will be prompted to add an email address upon logging in.

How do I retrieve my password?

Click here to go to the main log in page. From there, click on “Forgot Your Password?” link and type in your email address. Upon submission, you will receive an email with your password.

What browsers and operating systems are supported on this site?

This site supports Internet Explorer 9 thru 11, Safari 7 and above, Firefox 27 and above and Google Chrome 3 and above. You may experience functionality disruptions when using other browser/operating system combinations.

How can I renew my Invoice online?

If you have an invoice available for renewal, simply log in, and from the homepage, you will see a snapshot of your invoices. Click on ‘new invoices’ and select your invoice for renewal. Proceed into the renewal process

How do I pick a Payment Plan?

After selecting pay now, the next screen will allow you to pay in full or select an automatic payment plan scheduled to come out the 15th of every month or the first business day afterwards.

How can I make a payment for an outstanding invoice?

If you are eligible to make a payment online, simply log in, and from the homepage, you will see a snapshot of your invoices. Select an invoice to make a payment and proceed into the payment process.

Select a Payment Method for Extending Your Membership

Simply fill out your billing information and the credit card you’d like to use, then click Renew tickets!
