Full Season Ticket Holders Please Note:

Your Heat season ticket guarantees you a prime seat to the Golden State Hockey Rush if you RSVP’d for your tickets prior to December 1st.  If you have already RSVP’d and haven’t received your tickets yet, please contact the Stockton Heat at (209) 373-1500 or at tickets@stocktonheat.com.  If you purchase additional tickets to this game, the ticket location of these seats may be different than the Heat season ticket seats.

So where will my seats be?

Raley Field is obviously a baseball stadium, meaning that the seating configuration will be far different than that of Stockton Arena.  The Stockton Heat ticketing department is working with Raley Field to secure comparable seating locations for all season ticket holders if you RSVP’d by December 1st.

I’m a Season Ticket Holder and I would prefer not to go to the game.  Can I receive a credit for this game?

While we hope that all of our fans have the chance to attend this special event, we understand that not everyone will be able to attend.  Full season ticket holders can take advantage of our “Never Waste a Ticket” policy and trade their unused ticket for the outdoor game for an additional ticket during a future game at Stockton Arena.

Can I turn in unused tickets for additional tickets for the outdoor game?

The Never-Waste-A-Ticket program is a great perk for full season ticket holders, however you will not be able to turn in unused tickets for additional outdoor game seats.  You remain able to exchange your unused tickets for additional seats at the Heat home games at Stockton Arena.

Can I use one of my open dated vouchers for this game?

Vouchers that are given out as part of special ticket offers can only be used at Stockton Arena home games.  Unfortunately you will not be able to use those vouchers to get into the game at Raley Field.

Will the game be televised?

Yes, the game will be broadcast live on the NHL Network.

Will there be commemorative event merchandise available for purchase?

Absolutely!  There will actually be commemorative merchandise that will be co-branded with Golden State Hockey Rush and the Bakersfield Condors.

Why isn’t the outdoor game being played at Banner Island Ballpark in Stockton?

This game is actually part of a six-week long winter event called the Golden State Hockey Rush in partnership with Raley Field, the City of Sacramento and Rink Specialists.  The event will include public skating, ice rentals and a “winter wonderland” complete with a snow hill and play areas.  The economics of an outdoor game are such that it wouldn’t be possible to play a single game on an outdoor surface if those other elements weren’t involved.

How do I get single game tickets?

The Heat are offering a ticket package that includes an outdoor game ticket plus discounted tickets to other Heat games.  For more information on this mini-plan package, click here.  However if you’re looking for just single game ticket, you can purchase them at www.raleyfield.com.
