Outside Sales & AHL Off-Ice Officials Crew Chief
Kirk Goodman, an original employee with the Stockton Thunder in 2005, serves as an Outside Sales Executive with the Stockton Heat along with working for the AHL as the Off-Ice Officials Crew Chief during Heat home games. Goodman is responsible for serving and managing accounts while he is responsible for game day operations and communications for both home and away teams, On-Ice Officials and Off-Ice Officials.
Goodman not only graduated with a Sociology degree from Laney College and a Radiologic Technology degree from Merritt College, he is also a longtime hockey player, tending the net for the Fresno Falcons, Sacramento Rebels, Reno Aces, Champion Stockton Rink Raiders, and San Francisco Hawks. He was also one of two Americans to play in the Maritimes College Conference in Canada in 1969-70. The goaltender didn’t just play the sport, he also was charged with Game Day Operations and Public Relations with the California Golden Seals of the NHL and Public Relations for the Oakland Athletics from 1970-75.
Kirk resides in the Central Valley with his wife Robbie. He has two daughters, Heather and Courtney, and four grandchildren, Ethan, Emmerson, Saville, and Fredrica.
