Membership Retention Executive
Rachel Kisker is the Heat’s Membership Retention Executive, whose goal is to help Heat365 Members and Dick’s Sporting Goods Bakers Dozen Mini Plan holders to have a memorable time at Stockton Heat games and special events, assisting Members and Plan Holders with any ticketing needs, renewing existing plans along with attracting new Members and Plan Holders and serving as the principle point of contact with the most loyal fans.
Kisker began working with the Stockton Thunder in 2013, helping out with Storm Squad, Inside Sales and as an auxiliary photographer. She quickly earned a promotion to an Account Executive before being moved up to a Ticket Sales Manager position with the Thunder during the 2014-15 season which she carried through the inaugural season of Stockton Heat hockey.
She graduated from the University of Cincinnati’s College Conservatory of Music with a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Electronic Media. Originally from Cincinnati, OH, Saiger grew up in the suburbs of Cleveland, OH where much of her family still resides. Kisker is also a Certified Tourism Ambassador of the City of Stockton.
She currently resides in Stockton with her husband, Heat broadcaster, Brandon.
