Director, Heat365 Memberships
Rachel Kisker is the Director, Heat365 Memberships, whose goal is to help Full, Half and Quarter Heat365 Members to have a memorable time at Stockton Heat games and special events, assisting Members with any ticketing needs, extending existing plans along with attracting new Members and serving as the principle point of contact with the most loyal fans.
Kisker began working with the Stockton Thunder in 2013, helping out with Storm Squad, Inside Sales and as an auxiliary photographer. She quickly earned a promotion to an Account Executive before being moved up to a Ticket Sales Manager position with the Thunder during the 2014-15 season which she carried through the inaugural season of Stockton Heat hockey before being promoted to Manager of Group Sales for the first two season of Stockton Heat Hockey. During the 2017-18 Heat season she took on a new role as Heat Membership, Retention Executive before earning the title Director, Heat365Memberships.
She graduated from the University of Cincinnati’s College Conservatory of Music with a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Electronic Media. Originally from Cincinnati, OH, Saiger grew up in the suburbs of Cleveland, OH where much of her family still resides. Kisker is also a Certified Tourism Ambassador of the City of Stockton.
She currently resides in Stockton with her husband, Heat broadcaster, Brandon.
