What is the Heat365 Membership program?
Heat365 is an all-encompassing Membership that provides more value than ever. This Membership not only includes your season tickets, but also a wide range of other benefits and year-round activities, benefits and amenities.
What makes being a Member DIFFERENT from being a traditional season ticket holder?
Heat365 includes additional benefits, experiences, exclusive events, year-round activities and perks that aren’t available with a traditional season ticket package that is restricted by the season schedule! You can see the full list of amenities by clicking here!
What are the payment options for my Heat365 Membership?
Your Heat365 Membership will automatically extend on February 15th of each year unless you complete the cancellation notice 30 days prior. You will predetermine your payment plan with your Heat365 representative– from early bird discount options to a 12 month installment plan. To pay in full or with questions regarding your payment, contact your ticket rep at 209-373-1500.
What advantage do I receive by extending by February 15?
Extend your Membership and set up your payment plan, make your first payment by February 15 to receive a 5-percent discount on the overall cost of your Membership!
Can I exchange tickets if I miss a game?
Heat365 Members may exchange tickets for game(s) that they have missed, in exchange for an equal number of tickets for any future game during the same regular season. All exchanges will attempt to be filled with the best available seats comparable to your current seat location. All exchanges will be on a ticket-for-ticket basis. No refunds will be issued for any difference in the value of the exchanged tickets.
How can I choose or lock in my specific seats?
Heat365 Members looking to renew their same seats from 2019-20 can put down a $50 deposit by February 15 to reserve their specific seat location for the 2020-21 season. All unrenewed seat locations will become available for purchase on February 15 for all customers purchasing a Heat365 package.
Can I donate my unused tickets?
The Heat partner with many community and youth organizations in the area and would be happy to assist you in donating your unused tickets to worthy causes. You can also take advantage of our new Concierge Service and we will assist you in distributing your tickets to the clients, businesses, organizations or future Heat fans of your choice.
Can I get a refund on tickets I have already purchased?
No, but if you can’t make a game you can choose a different date to attend and transfer your tickets to that date.
How can I purchase additional individual game tickets?
Heat365 Members may purchase additional, discounted game tickets by reaching out to your ticket rep or calling 209-373-1500.
How much is parking?
Heat365 Members have the opportunity to purchase a discounted season-long parking pass in the North Lot (pending availability), Fremont Street Lot or the Parking Garage. Additionally, new for the 2020-21 season, Full Season Members who pay in full by April 15, 2020 will get FREE parking*! Learn more about the lots by going to our Parking page.
As a Heat365 Member, may I enter the arena before the public?
Full Season Heat365 Members have exclusive access to the Michelob Lounge an hour before arena doors open to the public. You can also enter into the Stockton Arena bowl 15 minutes before doors open to the public.
What giveaway items do I receive?
New in 2020-21, Full Season Members will receive one premium gift. Stay tuned for more information!
When will my membership card be available?
Full-Season Members will receive their Season Ticket Membership Card in the month of September and can be picked up at the Heat’s preseason game.
How am I made aware of exclusive Heat365 Member events?
There will be a dedicated Heat365 Member webpage with information on all the team events, activities, special offers and community events. Additionally, the Stockton Heat will make every effort to regularly send notices with upcoming events and information to the Heat365 Member email address on file.
