‘My Heat’ is a way to manage your tickets 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. With this tool you can be in complete control of your Heat tickets. By logging in you will have access to a number of available features and benefits as a Heat365 Member. With ‘My Heat,’ fans can print or transfer tickets, add them digitally to their Apple Wallet, change games for partial plans and more!

How do I access my My Heat Account?
Click on ‘Tickets’ on the top menu of StocktonHeat.com to pull up the ticket tab, where you will be able to access My Heat. You can also click here to log in.
How do I log in?
You may log in using your email address associated to the account. If you have no email address associated to the account, you will be prompted to add an email address upon logging in.
How do I retrieve my password?
Click here to go to the My Heat homepage, then click on Sign In. From there, click on “Forgot Your Password?” link and type in your email address. Upon submission, you will receive an email with your password.
How can I access my Invoice online?
If you have an invoice available for renewal, simply log in, and from the homepage, you will see a button that says ‘Pay Invoices’. Click on that button and select your invoice for payment.
How can I make a payment for an outstanding invoice?
If you are eligible to make a payment online, simply log in, and from the homepage, click on the ‘Pay Invoices’ button. Select an invoice to make a payment and proceed into the payment process.
How do I view games on my account?
From the home page, click on the ‘Manage Tickets’ button. Please note that you can only view tickets that have already been paid in full.
How do I retrieve my tickets?
First, select the game from the ‘Tickets’ tab. Next, click ‘Print Tickets’ then follow the system workflow to print from home. Please disable your pop-up blocker when using this method of retrieval to ensure easiest access to your tickets.
Can I get to my My Heat from my phone?
Yes! Download the Heat’s free mobile app (Stockton Heat), click on the bottom right button with three horizontal lines and select ‘My Heat Account’ from the window that opens on the left side of the screen.
Can I add to my Apple Wallet?
Yes! Go through the same process as listed above to retrieve tickets, then click on the Apple Wallet button that will appear toward the bottom of the game’s tickets.
How can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
After accessing your tickets, enter the contact information for the desired recipient.
