TONIGHT
With the AHL season suspended due to COVID-19, all games were delayed prior to the March 14 and 15 weekend when the Heat were set to face off against the Colorado Eagles. While this delay cost Stockton the opportunity to play on some exciting theme nights such as Star Wars Night as scheduled, but we were unwilling to reschedule Fan Appreciation Night – giving our fans the thank-you they deserve.
LONG LAYOFF
It’s been a while since the Heat hit the ice, Stockton last playing a hockey game on Tuesday, March 10 against the San Jose Barracuda. While the Heat were in the midst of a playoff race, the virtual club enters tonight’s game 0-0-0-0 on the year and looking for their first virtual win on Fan Appreciation Night.

VIDEO GAME LOMBERG HITS THE LINEUP
Forward Ryan Lomberg was off to the best start to a season in his career, posting 20 points in Stockton’s first 20 games before suffering a lower body injury that caused him to be out on a month-to-month basis. For Fan Appreciation Night, the virtual doctors at EA Sports have cleared Lomberg to play, so No. 41 will be hitting the ice.
