Stockton, Calif. – The Stockton Heat, proudly owned by the NHL’s Calgary Flames, announce the reassignment of Keegan Kanzig from the club’s ECHL affiliate, the Adirondack Thunder, to Stockton. In addition, defenseman Colby Robak has been released from his tryout contract.
The Stockton Heat open up a five-game homestand starting this Friday and Saturday, November 4 and 5, with the ice painted pink for Hot Pink 2 presented by Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Medical Center. A portion of ticket proceeds, silent auction items and jersey auctions will be donated to St. Joseph’s Foundation – Breast Health Services. During the inaugural Hot Pink event last season, a total of $13,815 was collected and donated with a 11-year grand total of $260,900 helping local women as they battle the terrible disease.
