Heat Invite Fans to Celebrate Hockey Week Across America
STOCKTON, Calif. – The Stockton Heat invite fans to participate in USA Hockey’s ‘Hockey Week Across America,’ which will take place from Feb. 17 through 24, a span that includes two games at Stockton Arena.
As part of the week-long celebration of our sport, the Heat are offering free tickets to kids who wear their youth hockey jerseys to the Stockton Arena box office, good for games on both the 17th and 24th.
Additionally, parents and friends can receive free tickets by wearing their favorite team’s jersey to the box office.
Fans at the game on the 17th will have the opportunity to get autographs from their favorite Heat players following the game and can take part in a pregame broom ball game on the Stockton Arena ice on the 24th from 12:45 through 1:30.
Three members of the NorCal hockey community will be recognized on the ice prior to the game on the 24th as the Heat salute a player, coach and administrator who has gone above and beyond to help grow the game in the region. Stick around after the game on the 24th for a chance to skate with the team!
The Heat also encourage fans to wear jerseys to school and work on Friday, Feb. 22 as part of the week’s festivities.
