Jamie Cochrane has been with the Calgary Sports and Entertainment Company since 2014, as part of the finance team, and has been involved in supporting numerous aspects of the operations including the Calgary Flames Hockey Operations department, the Calgary Hitmen (WHL Junior Hockey), the Calgary Roughnecks (NLL Lacrosse), and the affiliates in the AHL and ECHL, including the Stockton Heat. Jamie has been actively involved with the Stockton Heat since inception, and is very passionate about the importance of the impact AHL teams can have on both the community and the development of players progressing towards the NHL. In 2020, Jamie became more involved with the Heat as Senior Director, Business Operations, where he works closely with the rest of the Stockton Heat organization to make positive impacts in the community. Jamie’s interest in the community goes beyond the office, as he also enjoys spreading the positive message of men’s health and fundraising for Movember (raised over $20,000 individually since 2018), and actively volunteers in the Big Brother Big Sisters program.

Jamie is a born and raised Calgarian, and when he’s not working, you can find him spending time with friends and family. Jamie is a proud husband (Wife: Carissa) and father (Daughter: Annacey), and enjoys competing in curling, trying out new breweries, visiting new sports stadiums (over 25 baseball stadiums), and being overly competitive in any other activity that crosses his path. If you run into him, ask him how he met Charlie Sheen, as it’s his favorite story to tell.
